Car's Accessory power has only 1 prong on the outlet - where do I put the negative wire?

So l have a 1996 honda civic. on the fuse box there are some accessory

outlets where you need a special plug (that is not buyable) So, l need to

yes i would just ground it to the nearest piece of metal
